Chocolate and Nutty Smoothies

Prep. time: 5 minutes / Cook time: 5 minutes / Serves 2

1 tbsp. Nutella
1 banana
½ cup Milk
2 oz. Walnuts

instructions:

1. Cut the banana i nto sli ces, add a cup of milk and a
tablespoon of chocolate paste and walnuts (6–8 pi eces).
2. For 1–2 mi nutes, ready to smooth wi th chocolate chi ps.
* Nutell a can be repl aced with half a melted chocolate bar.
From nuts, you can use hazelnuts.
