Although it may be cheaper than wild salmon, farmed salmon has higher level of cancer-causing contaminants. On average, farmed salmon can be 16 times more dangerous than wild salmon. It is also 4 times more dangerous than beef and other seafoods.
#1 French Fries
French fries are very high in salt. Too much salt can lead to high blood pressure which has a high association with a greater risk of certain cancers. Any food that is high in salt value should be avoided – not just french fries!
