I have a story about this easy 3 ingredient banana bread recipe that I’m going to share with you today. It’s a food item that’s very close to my heart. 🙂

I promise I’m not going all gluten-free on y’all over here, but my mom recently eliminated gluten from her diet to see if she has an allergy to it that might be causing some skin irritations, which inspired me to create a few more flourless baking recipes that I can bake for people who don’t or can’t eat gluten. I’ll probably never go gluten-free myself unless I have to for medical reasons, but if I had to, I know I’d survive. There are so many great recipes and products out there that allow you to enjoy baked goodies even if you can’t have gluten. But I can’t imagine a life without glutenous breads, cookies, donuts, etc.! 😉

Well, first I told Chris, but THEN, I needed to learn to cook. Not get a crib. Not learn how to change a diaper. Not figure out which preschool she would go too, or even how much all of that would cost. First, I needed to learn to cook. Because, in my mind, real moms should have a good tasty recipe up their sleeves to be able to create a nice happy home environment for their family. It just feels right to me. This quick recipe for Easy 3 Ingredient Banana Bread is delicious! I could not believe how good it was with such simple ingredients. All you need is 3-4 ripe bananas, eggs, and a box of cake mix.
