How to make breakfast lasagna

This great tasting breakfast casserole recipe is made with hash browns, eggs, and ham or Canadian bacon. The layers of potatoes, vegetables, and Canadian bacon (or ham) are bound together with eggs.

I love that there are so many vegetables in this casserole. It can be served for a special brunch or evening meal. Feel free to vary the type of cheese you use or change the vegetables up a bit. This would be good with diced corned beef as well.

Ingredients
10 frozen French toast, thawed
12 eggs, scrambled and slightly undercooked
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 cups diced ham
3 cups cheddar cheese
3 cups shredded hash browns
butter
olive oil
salt
pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
3. Complete two layers of french toast, maple syrup, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese.
4. Top with shredded hash browns and drizzle well with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Top with another layer of cheese.
6. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese looks like the top of a pizza!
