Better than K.F.C Coleslaw



My Homemade Coleslaw Recipe is my favorite! A simple dressing that perfectly compliments freshly shredded cabbage, and is the perfect side dish for so many meals. Get your vegetables, and enjoy them too!

Okay. Confession time. I used to be an incredibly picky eater.

Like really, extremely, RUDELY picky.

When I first started dating my husband, we used to go over to his sister’s house for dinner sometimes. I would make him drive through Subway on the way over, and eat a sub before I got there just in case I didn’t like the dinner she made.

My sister-in-law is one of the best home cooks I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating with. Ever. Ever. Ever.

I was just cray.

 Prep time: 5 Min  Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 pkg 16 oz, shredded coleslaw mix

1/2 c mayonnaise

2 Tbsp milk

2 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp mustard

2 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Mix every thing Except coleslaw.I use my hand egg beater.. beats it nice..

2. Mix your coleslaw and dressing together… Easy but good.
