When I was asked to make cowboy stew, I chuckled! I had never heard of it at that time. However, since then it has become one of my all time favorites. I love making this stew and I love eating it too.
The best part is that the family also loves this stew. Trust me, you will come up with many different recipes if you search for cowboy stew. None will taste quite as good as this one.
This is loaded with ground beef, beans and vegetables. The stew has a fascinating texture with all those ingredients, the flavor of each of these ingredients combined is unbelievable!
What I really like is that this is a super easy recipe to make for your family. Those weekends when yard work is happening, or snow shoveling, plowing, gardening or any of those activities that leave you starving at the end of the day, this is the dish to make.
