1 Cup of chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 Cup of sliced carrot
1Cup red sliced cabbage
1 Cup of normal cabbage
1/2 a cup of onion
1 Cup of shredded spinach
1/2 a cup of pineapple cut into thin strips
1 cup plain double cream yogurt
Half a cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Half a teaspoon of ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
DIRECTIONS FOR THE SAUCE.
Fry onion together with Turmeric and set aside to cool,ThenWhisk all ingredients of the sauce in a medium bowl until combined. Add cabbage,spinach,carrot,pineapple ,White pepper and chicken to the sauce.
