I think this oven fried chicken is the perfect meal to make when having dinner guests over. For one, it’s seriously easy to make and for two, it’s delish! It only requires a handful of ingredients and bakes up nice and crisp in no time flat. I guarantee that your friends and family will be asking you for your secret recipe. The question is, will you give it to them? Check out what my pals over at Group Recipes had to say about this recipe:
“I use boneless, skinless chicken breast for all my chicken recipes but you could use what ever pieces you like. You may have to adjust the baking time though. My family just loves this recipe. The chicken is really tender and juicy.”
4 Tyson chicken breasts

1 C. Gold Medal flour
1 Tbs. Lawry’s season salt
Enough Hiland buttermilk to cover chicken in bowl
SOAK chicken IN buttermilk 25 MINUTES

Put butter in dish and place in hot oven to melt.
