Morning Fruit Smoothie

Prep. time: 5 minutes / Cook time: 5 minutes / Serves

1 Banana
2 Kiwi
4 oz. Frozen raspberries
10 Hazelnuts
1 tbsp. Flower honey


1. Mix the fruits in a blender to a puree, pre-cut into cubes,
except raspberries.
2. Beat the nuts in a blender (so that small crumb remains).
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass, stir in honey, sprinkle with
nuts, mix.
