Roasted Garlic Chicken Puffs

Garlic Chicken Puffs have a rich creamy garlic chicken mixture inside a croissant and baked to form a yummy appetizer. This finger food is a big crowd pleaser and great for gatherings!

I have to share my aunts home with you all! She decorates for Christmas in Turquoise and Red, and their finished basement is St. Louis Cardinals themed.

Don’t you just love all the little touches?

The ornament balls on top the votive candle holders!

The Santa hats lined up on a shelf, the baseballs mixed with ornaments!

That white tree changes colors, well the lights change colors, she also has these adorable red feather wreaths that I didn’t get a good picture of to show you, but they are adorable with a turquoise bow and turquoise ornament hanging in the middle!

We snacked, we drank, we played a White Elephant Ornament Exchange, this year all 17 people played!

Ingredients
1 lb chicken
2 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
2 tsp chives
1/2 cup green onions
3-4 Canned Crescents

Directions
Cook chicken and shred into fine chunks. Add minced garlic to cooking chicken and cook until garlic is browned/reduced. Place remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, add warm chicken mix and incorporate. Spoon apps 2-3 tbsp of filling into canned crescent roll and cook as per directions. It is better to over stuff the rolls and have it ooze from the sides. I recommend buying at least 4 cans of the large flaky rolls as the mixture goes a long way. Enjoy!
