Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers

This stuffed taco pepper is a low-carb dinner and is ready in under 30 minutes! It’s Filled With Ground Beef, Black Beans And Diced Tomatoes. Top with sour cream and even Doritos chips, fritos or tortillas!

Ingredients

  • Pepper – any color
  • garlic
  • Onions
  • Tomato paste
  • minced meat
  • Black beans
  • Chopped tomato
  • Spice taco

Other taco fillings

Vegetables + fruits: tomatoes, red onions, corn, avocado, jalapeno, black olives.

Others: sour cream, rice, cilantro, guacamole, sauce, hot sauce, enchilada sauce, tortilla slices, fritos, doritos, pico de gallo, fried beans.

How To Make Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers

Cut each pepper in half and use a pairing knife to trace the length of the stem and remove it.

Baking about 11 min at 350 degrees .

Prepare stuffing blending while the peppers are cooking.

Cut paprika on a baking sheet in half next to a skillet with taco filling to make stuffed taco peppers.

Stuff each pepper with the filling and cover with cheese.

Bake about 6 min . Serve!
