Not everyone, however, was on board with the Littlefinger theory, and some fans wrote that the face was simply a mistake that slipped through the net:
“Is it just me who thinks that creepy face behind Sansa [sic] in the new still is just an extra who isn’t used to not looking at the camera,” wrote Twitter user @alaynestoned.
Regardless, there is no such thing as bad publicity when it comes to GoT, and the producers used the stir caused by this picture to release more teaser images from the upcoming episode.
